This was a nice surprise to this who have maybe wanted to try the series but were unwilling to buy the game outright. Instead if you have a subscription you will be able to play it. Or even if you wanted to buy a month of Game Pass for $15 then you are able to fully play the game and maybe even beat the campaign.

If you buy the Gold or Ultra edition though you will get early access to player on September 5, 2024 instead. It has been over a decade since the last Warhammer Space Marine game. For that reason, fans of the Warhammer series in general are excited to see what this latest installment will bring with it. The extremely popular miniatures have kept the franchise going for years at this point. Adding in a new game with a new story should only make it better.

Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2 Gameplay

The Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 gameplay will see you are a marine fighting against swarms of enemies to fight for the Imperium. You will be able to do the storyline as Ultramarine Lieutenant Titus or you will be able to play with up to three friends in coop.

Along with the story mode there will be PVE and PVP modes that you will be able to play online. This will allow you to continue the fight even beyond the campaign and it will be interesting to see how it plays.
