While there are only 2 Tech characters in Ultra Rumble, without a doubt, Himiko Toga sits on the throne being the best character. Toga’s kit is perfect for keeping opponents guessing on her next move. Being able to transform into other characters Toga is practically two characters in one. While one moment she can be throwing knives at a distance, the next she’s hitting a smash attack disguised as All Might. Having a Toga on the team is absolutely essential for a victory.

While his ranged attacks are something to be wary of Dabi is more of an annoying character than necessarily a good one. The majority of his abilities are used for crowd control with his firewalls and traps. In instances where the circle becomes smaller, he’s more useful but outside of that, there’s not much Dabi can do by himself compared to someone like Toga. If players wish to be on the aggressive side, then it’s best to hit the training room to master this character’s skill set.
