The consumable isn’t something that a player can simply discover in a random loot pool. Located in Brocwithe Quarter is an NPC known as the Oracle of the Dran. They can be seen using the sewing machine in a room full of kids. Upon arrival, the Oracle of the Dran will NOT interact with the player once they have met her. There are a total of two Dran children in the area that need to be found. Without these kids, players can’t interact with the Oracle. When the kids have been located in the area chase them back into the Oracle’s hideout. After that, she will interact with you and reward players with the Recovery trait. Now of course this isn’t the All Seeing Eye but players are now a step closer to earning it.
The Tapestry on the floor in the center of the room shows different events and bosses that need to be completed. Those events and bosses are as follows
Once all 12 of these events have been completed return back to the Oracle of the Dran and talk to them. Players should receive their new All Seeing Eye Consumable.
