We will start with the one Pro who is missing in Backyard Football 1999 on Steam and Mobile. There are the pro players who said no to the new developer using their likenesses so far in both this game and Backyard Baseball 2001. It is not immediately known why and since the game is online now instead of in disk form, there is always a chance they could change their mind and get added back into the game.

As a reminder, there were eight pro players initially in the game, so not every team had representation. The San Francisco 49ers however, have two players in the game.
