Super Mario RPG Remake is a long awaited remaster of a fan favorite game. A little different from the action based platformer that fans have learned to love, Super Mario RPG is a timeless turn based adventure, which originally released for the Super Nintendo. The original release date was in 1996, yet the gameplay has aged like wine. The Remake remastered the RPG into HD, providing brand new gorgeous visuals and details, alongside small quality of life improvements. But what is the Super Mario RPG Remake release time?

According to Gamerant, the game releases at 9 PM PT the night before it’s official release. This information is based on the release time for Super Mario Bros Wonder, which launched in a similar manner. And considering both are licensed Nintendo Mario Games, it stands to reason the release times will be the same.
Just like Super Mario Bros Wonder, the RPG Remake also had a Rom leak around a week before release. Though this is unfortunate, since it promoted piracy indirectly, the leak at least showcases that the release trends are rather similar. In essence, the release pattern seems practically parallel to that of Wonder, so it makes sense for the release time to be the same as well.
