A new adventure from Hazelight Studios is on its way. The team that brought you It Takes Two and A Way Out are at it again with a brand new story, one unlike any other. During The Game Awards, Split Fiction was revealed and is coming soon. Here is a look at Split Fiction and what its Release Date will be.

The Split Fiction Release Date will be on March 6, 2025.
Considering the game was only announced in December of 2024, this is a very quick turnaround. The last game from this studio was release in May, 2021. So it will have been almost four full years since the last release. It Takes Two was really a major success and a game that continues to garner new fans. There is certainly the belief that Split Fiction could do the same.
It has not been announced yet, but it seems likely that Split Fiction could be on Xbox Game Pass once it is released.
This should not be a major surprise for a few reasons. The first is that it is made by EA and many of their games are on Xbox Game Pass. Also It Takes Two is already on Xbox Game Pass. It will be worth watching to see if this game get even a Day One release on Game Pass.
The Split Fiction Gameplay will be similar to the other games Hazelight Studios has done.
You will control one character and do part of the story as that character. Then your friend will play as the other. Each of them will have different paths but both will help each other to complete the game. Along with this you will be in two different worlds. One will be futuristic while the other will be a fantasy game. This mixture should certainly prove to provide players with some very enjoyable moment.s
