This would certainly be a surprise but a welcome one. With Summer starting, it would make a lot of sense for the Nintendo Switch 2 to launch around that time. Kids will be out of school and when they are not outside, they can play on their new Nintendo Switch.

Along with this, it would allow for games to be made and released during the Holiday season. Many expect the Nintendo Switch 2 launch to be big but with major bundles and new games galore at the end of the year, Nintendo could truly double up in terms of sales.

There have been a lot of rumors surrounding the Pricing for the Nintendo Switch 2.

The original Nintendo Switch launched at $299.99. Even then, this was a nice surprise as many consoles are priced at $500 or more. The expectation is that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be more expensive than the original Switch. And why not? It is one of the most popular consoles of all-time and almost beat out the PlayStation 2 for most units sold.

The Nintendo Switch 2 will likely cost upwards of $399.99 upon release. There are arguments for it to be higher or lower but this feels like a reasonable price to start with and make changes once it is officially announced.
