God of War games have always been one of the biggest ones in the Playstation catalog. With the launch of God of War seeing Kratos and his son in the Norse mythology, the franchise was reborn. Bringing the franchise was certainly a good call as it was one of the best games of the year. Now the sequel is on its way and fans will want to know, what is the God of War Ragnarok Release Date?

With Kratos and his son up in the north, it has been interesting to see how he has changed. Between all of the epic battles with the gods, he is clearly a little more tired. Yet, he is also not taking anything from anyone at this time period. This is why when the norse gods such as Thor and Loki start to mess with Kratos, he just isn’t having it.

This next game will continue to see his relationship with his son Atrius grow. Having him as another playable character in the game definitely added a different dimension. The style of the game felt more modern but also very similar to the older God of War games from the early 2000s. The camera angles and even just the graphics were enough to satisfy most gamers. Add onto it that the new God of War had an incredible story and one can see why fans are looking forward to the next installment so much.
