What is the Fire Emblem Engage Release Date?

The Fire Emblem series has been one of the most successful JRPGs to make its way to the west. Between the interesting characters, strategy and incredible stories, Fire Emblem has it all. That is why when Fire Emblem Three Houses came out, fans were pleasantly surprised again. The game was very well reviewed and many fans believe it is one of, if not the, best game in the series. Now they will be looking to see if the next game can live up to the lofty expectations. Here’s when the Fire Emblem Engage Release Date should be.

Fire Emblem continues to bring out consistently solid games. It stays to its formula of interesting characters and tough decisions in battle. This is especially true for fans who play the game in a way that allows for them to lose their favorite characters (and don’t restart).

This game will be bringing back some of the fans’ favorite characters from many of the past games. Marth, Ike and many others will be showing up as something to do with the emblem rings that the player characters will have. To many, this will be a great homage to these characters while others worry that it may feel forced. Until the game is out, it is hard to say but the expectations are again very high.

The Fire Emblem Engage Release Date has been confirmed to be January 20, 2023. This will be the first major game to come out in 2023 unless someone makes a surprise announcement.

It is unfortunate that this did not come out for the holidays but most games that Nintendo probably thought it would have to compete with were pushed back. Fire Emblem Engage did not get pushed back but certainly is coming out at a great time as no other major new games are coming out around that time.

Regardless, fans will certainly be looking forward to this game as they have been anxiously waiting for the next mainline series Fire emblem after Three Houses was so well-received. It will certainly be hard to live up to one of the better RPGs in recent memory but here is to hoping Engage blows everyone away.
