The Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail Release Date will be on July 2, 2024.
Fans of the Final Fantasy MMO are going to be very excited as this will be their first expansion since Endwalker all the way back in 2021. Surely covid threw things off for starting this expansion. The reason this could be assumed is that the dev were releasing a new expansion every two years before this one. Likely the next one will be in 2026 unless they decide to go a different route entirely with the Final Fantasy MMO franchise.
Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail is on Xbox Game Pass. Well sort of.
It is available to players up until level 70 and has been completely free at different points. This means that you can play a decent chunk of the game on Game Pass but then you need to buy the game to go any further. This includes most of the expansions and other DLC.
The Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail Gameplay will be the same as the rest of Final Fantasy 14.
The difference this time is that there will be new areas to explore and even new tribes to connect with. As with all FF14 expansions, this one promises to add plenty of great gameplay for the additional price you are paying.
