TRON: Catalyst Release Date

The TRON: Catalyst Release Date is on June 17, 2025.

This will be the second TRON game that developer Bithell Games has worked on. TRON: Identity was released back in April, 2023 and was well-received. The visual novel gameplay fit well within TRON and allowed for fans to get deeper into the lore in a completely new server.

TRON: Catalyst on Xbox Game Pass

It seems very unlikely that TRON: Catalyst will be on Xbox Game Pass.

The main reason for this is that it has not been announced and we are about a month out from the game’s release as of the writing of this article. While that can and has changed for games in the past, this one would be a pretty big surprise. Along with that, the first TRON game from Bithell Games was also not released on Game Pass so seeing the second one get added would not make a lot of sense by itself.

TRON: Catalyst Gameplay

The TRON: Catalyst gameplay is actually very different from the first game that Bithell Games did.

This time you will be in the game and actually fighting enemies in a top-down fashion. It will see Exo fighting from range while also using the disc to get up close. You will also be able to fight on the Light Cycle and really get to explore the Arq Grid.
