No, Digimon Story Time Stranger is not on Xbox Game Pass.
Like other Digimon games, this one will launch directly for purchase on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. While Bandai Namco has occasionally made older games available on subscription services later, there is no indication this will happen at launch.
The Digimon Story Time Stranger gameplay will combine traditional RPG combat with monster collecting.
Players will recruit Digimon, train them, and battle in strategic, turn-based encounters. The game will also focus heavily on story, offering a darker tone with branching paths and multiple possible outcomes. Expect new evolutions, new characters, and plenty of fan-favorite Digimon returning.
