
The Game Awards are a time for gamers everywhere to reminisce and reflect on the titles released throughout the year. Not only that, but they can also vote for their favorite titles to win certain categories. such as “Best Ongoing Game” or “Best Roleplaying Game.” One of the most important ones however is “Game of The Year” where players can vote for the best game of 2023. The nominees for the 2023 game awards have been announced to the gaming community. Players can vote for the following games to win the ultimate title of being the best game released in 2023. Baldur’s Gate 3, The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Alan Wake 2, Resident Evil 4, and Super Mario Bros. Wonder will compete against each other for the number one spot. Each of these titles has earned a high enough reputation to be considered for the position.
Regardless of who wins, it will be a fierce competition between the lot of them. Players can now vote for their choice right now. The Game Awards 2023 will be live-streamed on Thursday, December 7. May the best game win.
This year’s battle for Game of The Year is just as intense as the last. In 2022, we’ve seen a battle between Elden Ring, God Of War Ragnarok, Horizon: Forbidden West, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Stray, and A Plague Tale: Requiem. At the end of it all, Elden Ring took home the gold and became the Game of The Year for 2022.
