Buying items in Deadlock can be especially tough as the meta shifts and some items have their value changed based on strong heroes, synergies, and other factors. So, here are our picks for three items that we don’t think have had their full value actualized in Deadlock in May 2025.
Hunter’s Aura is an item that I see bought very little in Deadlock, despite it having an incredibly strong ability that can make it a great aid in a supportive build with a hero like Viscous, or in a full gun build with a hero like Haze.
On statlocker.gg’s item page Hunter’s Aura has the fourth highest win rate difference from the average win rate of all items at the same tier (Tier 3), despite only having a 6.2% purchase rate. So, if you are looking for a new 3k Weapon item for a build, consider Hunter’s Aura.

Quicksilver Reload is a bit more popular already, but even still, its value seems so incredible for what it can provide to a wide range of different heroes and builds. For 1,250 Souls, this feels like an item that should be bought by about half of the hero roster in almost every game.
On Statlocker.gg, it has a 31% buy rate, which feels much lower than it should be for such a quality item.
Restorative Locket had its meta moment around February of 2025 when it saw a much higher use rate. Since, it has fallen considerably in popularity, outside of seeing some action in Deadlock Fight Night.
It has only a 4.9% purchase rate according to Statlocker.gg, meaning that almost no one is currently running this item. But, especially in the mid to late game when burst healing matters, there is incredible value to be found with Restorative Locket at 1,250 Souls.
