Sims 4 Players Can Now Be Landlords In For Rent Expansion Pack

Sims 4 has always been a series that’s not afraid to take risks in terms of DLC. We’ve seen the likes of supernatural creatures, owning businesses, going back to high school, and much more. Now this time things get a bit more interesting. We’ve all been at the start where our Sims have to move in on a lot that we’ve created or picked out for them. This time players can be the actual landlord for them in The Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack.

Tomorang Location

With every new expansion pack comes a new world to explore. This time around players are introduced to the world of Tomarang. Tomorang itself is described to be a scenic world nestled in a lush tropical landscape and vibrant city skyline. “In a world alive with possibilities, Tomarang breathes new life into the many stories that can be told in multi-family dwellings” so players can expect to see a lot of lots in the world. Included within Tomorang are the botanical gardens, an animal sanctuary, a park, and a Spirit House. There’s also a Night Market that players can visit as well. Different types of activities can be performed in Tomorang, so adventure awaits.

Tomorang New Features

Here players can experience what it feels like to be a Property Owner or tenant. Along the way, they will be able to fix utilities, deal with unruly neighbors, create a community, and even manage multiple Residential Rentals. If you think about it, it’s just like real life. For the first time ever, Simmers can build a fully customizable multi-unit dwelling where multiple Sim families can live on the same lot. This is also possible in ANY liveable The Sims 4 world. Community events such as Potlucks and Pool Parties can also be had to get to know the neighborhood well.

Property management is the chunk of the For Rent expansion which can have Simmers perform a wide variety of tasks. Tasks such as keeping tenants happy, fixing appliances, and more can be found within the game. New aspirations like the nosiest of Seeker of Secrets, a Five-Star Property Owner, the local Fount of Tomarani Knowledge, or a Discerning Dweller have been introduced.
