Shinobi Strikers patch notes 2.46/2.47: Massive jutsu balance, Kaguya release, more

The recent Shinobi Strikers patch notes provided an incredible amount of jutsu balance. This update is arguably implements since the game’s initial release, essentially revitalizing the game. Therefore, game balance is at a completely new phase.

In addition, a brand new, much anticipated character released: Kaguya Otsutsuki. Playing as a healer, this character grants great moves for the healer class, alongside an arguably broken substitution jutsu. Without much further ado, here are the full Shinobi Strikers patch notes 2.46/2.47.

A new Renovated Battle Map has been added: Hidden Leaf Village

Rebalanced Ninjutsu & Secret Techniques

Attack Type

 Almighty Push

• Increased ninjutsu attack range.

Koto Amatsukami

• Increased Secret Technique gauge needed for activation.

Uchiha Shuriken Jutsu: Oboroguruma

• Reduced the attack tracking ability boost effect when activated.
• Increased damage of shuriken returned by additional command.

Teleportation Jutsu

• Added an attack tracking ability boost effect when activated.

Ranged Type

Wind Scythe Jutsu

• Decreased ninjutsu cooldown time.
• Increased tornado speed.
• Removed unable to guard effect.

Summoning: Blade Dance

• Decreased ninjutsu cooldown time.
• Increased Ninjutsu speed.
• Reduced attack tracking ability.

Hidden Jutsu: A Thousand Needles of Death

• Decreased ninjutsu cooldown time.
• Increased duration of trap effects set by ninjutsu.

Multiple Striking Shadow Snake

• Increased ninjutsu poison damage.

Defense Type

Toad Oil Bombs

• Increased ninjutsu damage.
• Decreased ninjutsu cooldown time.
• Reduced duration of ninjutsu seal effect.
• Adjusted the motion that enemies take when hit by Ninjutsu.

Summoning: Bring Down The House Jutsu

• Increased Secret Technique damage.

Uchiha Flame Formation

• Increased ninjutsu cooldown time.
• Reduced defense when activated.

Heal Type

Strength of a Hundred: Flower Cannon

• Increased ninjutsu effect range.
• Added a heal-over time effect, targeting allies within range.

Strength of a Hundred: Hard Light

• Decreased ninjutsu cooldown time.
• Added a defense boost when activated.

The 100 Healings Jutsu

• Added an attack tracking ability boost effect when activated.

Yasaka Beads

• Reduced invincibility duration.

Rebalanced Weapons and General Changes

Claws

• Removed “Unable to use Substitution” effect from Weak Attacks while midair.
• Adjusted the motion that enemies take when hit by the Strong Attack and midair Strong Attack.

Scientific Ninja Tool “Chakra Claw α” & Scientific Ninja Tool “Chakra Claw β”

• Adjusted the motion that enemies take when hit by the Strong Attack and midair Strong Attack.
• Increased the damage dealt by the Strong Attack and midair Strong Attack.

Asuma’s Ninja Knuckle Knives

• Adjusted the motion that enemies take when hit by the midair Strong Attack.

General Changes

Swift Step

• Decreased the attack tracking ability boost effect when activated
