
The beta playtests for Rematch have come to a close, and as the game approaches its full release, the developers have shared some impressive player count statistics from the playtest period. The numbers show an impressive number of total players who gave the arcade soccer game a try, priming the game for a potentially massive launch.
In a post on X, Rematch developers have shared the player count totals from their multiple closed beta playtests, showing off a staggering 1.8 million players who gave the game a try prior to its release.

The graph also shows off some of the game’s top players in the playtest, including saves per match, passes per match, and so on. Overall, its clear that a large number of players not only hopped on to try this game, but many stuck around for a long time in the playtest. One player even managed to log 61 hours of playtime.
