The Pokemon card craze has been something that is taking the world by storm. Now stores like Target and Walmart are no longer carrying the new Pokemon cards in some of their locations due to the way people have been acting. That said, Pokemon are continuing to push out more and more sets or expansions of their uber-popular card game. The next expansion to be released has already been confirmed to be Brilliant Stars which begs the question, what is the Pokemon TCG Brilliant Stars release date?

This set will be the first one for 2022 and comes after a flurry of sets near the end of 2021. For that reason, there may be some hype surrounding this one. It will be the first one to introduce a new mechanic and card in VStar. Two very popular Pokemon will be part of this set in VSTAR Arceus and VSTAR Charizard. With the release of Pokemon Legends Arceus and this being a new mechanic, both of these Pokemon make sense.
Also since this set was only just released the actual card list has not been released. Considering how the Sword and Shield sets have gone through, one would expect to see the three starters and their evolutions. Outside of that though, there really is not much else that is known about this set.
Now for those wondering what is the Pokemon TCG Brilliant Stars release date? It has been confirmed that Brilliant Stars will be released on February 25, 2022. This will start the 2022 schedule and it will be interesting to see what pattern the Pokemon Company will stick to this year.
