Hello trainers. Scarlet and Violet have no lack of tera raid events and one of the more interesting ones are on the horizon. Gamefreak has now released an announcement of the next 7-star raid. For fans of Pikachu, this water-type Pikachu raid will excite them.
Coming off of the heels of the 7-Star Greninja raid, Pikachu is taking up the platform next. in celebration of Pokemon Day, fans will be able to try their luck at obtaining a 7-Star Pikachu with the water tera type. The Pokemon Global News Group posted about this on Facebook on February 21.
This raid is active from February 24 to February 27. Players should come prepared to not only deal with this Pikachu’s water typing but to counter its moves as well. 7 Star raids are not easy and even with a middle stage like Pikachu, it will most likely take a coordinated, well-thought-out effort.
While its move set has not been revealed yet, writers at the Game Haus can give some suggestions that players can go in with in anticipation. Going off of the tera typing, player might want to pick an electric type or grass type. Those two would be neutral and unaffected by Pikachu’s electric moves.
Going off of Pikachu’s moves, however, they could also bring a ground type that is able to learn moves like Energy Ball. Fans have seen special Pikachu use moves like Surf and Grass Knot. If this is the case, the should go with a grass type, ideally.
Despite numerous performance issues, fans still have a strong liking to the 7 Star Raids. This water-type Pikachu raid is the perfect way of celebrating the franchise’s birthday. Keep tuned into this article for updates on information on this raid boss.
