Part of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet post-game is battling each of the gym leaders again, but with leveled-up and full teams of 6. Despite only being able to be fought once, these matches are fairly interesting. This piece will go over the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Montenevera Gym Rematch.
Here, the player learns that Geeta makes the gym leaders hold back on challengers the first time around. But not this time, baby. Ryme is back to show you to drop horrifyingly top-tier bars. Her team is the following:
Banette
Level: 65
Type: Ghost
Ability: Insomnia
Moves: Icy Wind, Sucker Punch, Shadow Sneak, Phantom Force
Mimikyu
Level: 65
Type: Ghost/Fairy
Ability: Disguise
Moves: Light Screen, Shadow Sneak, Slash, Play Rough
Spiritomb
Level: 65
Type: Ghost/Dark
Ability: Pressure
Moves: Protect, Sucker Punch, Curse, Will-O-Wisp
Houndstone
Level: 65
Type: Ghost
Ability: Sand Rush
Moves: Play Rough, Crunch, Ice Fang, Phantom Force
Toxtricity
Level: 66
Type: Electric/Poison, with a tera type of Ghost
Ability: Punk Rock
Moves: Overdrive, Hex, Boomburst, Sludge Bomb
Gym Leader rematches are a favorite of all Pokemon fans. It is a shame that the games only let players fight them again once as this cast of memorable characters is worth infinite visits for grinding. As long as players come prepared to weather the battle effort, Ryme will fall just as easily as the first time. Have fun with the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Montenevera Gym Rematch.
