Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: Halloween Mass Outbreaks

Trainers, the spooky season has many celebrations planned. Since the release of the Teal Mask DLC, mass outbreaks have been erupting all over the world. The first event was the Clefairy one. This piece will go into the Halloween mass outbreak event.

Catch Mimikyu, Greavard, Drifloon, and Phantump

Until October 31, players can catch Drifloon, Greavard, Mimikyu, and Phantump in mass outbreaks in both Paldea and Kitakami. Not only that, but lucky trainers will be able to get these Pokémon with the Crafty Mark.

Just like the Clefairy event, players have to do a number of prerequisites in order to participate in this event. They are as listed:

• Download the latest Poké Portal News
• Install the latest update data for your game
• Purchase The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero (It’s not required, but will make the event harder to optimize without the areas in Kitakami)

Assigning Marks

For those who like the marks, this is how players can apply them:

1. Select a Pokémon in your party or your Boxes, then select Check Summary.
2. From the Pokémon Status Summary screen, navigate left or right to the Memories screen.
3. If the Pokémon you are viewing has a mark but is not currently displaying a title, Assign a Ribbon or Mark will be shown on the right. Press the A Button, and you can assign a mark to the Pokémon and display the associated title.
