Part of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet post-game is battling each of the gym leaders again, but with leveled-up and full teams of 6. Despite only being able to be fought once, these matches are fairly interesting. This piece will go over the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Glaseado Gym Rematch. This is normally done as the last gym rematch in the post-game.
As the last gym leader, Grusha has the most to say about Geeta’s exam. Reminding the player that he lost his career as a snowboarder due to an injury, he worries that if he loses, Geeta will take the last of his ability to be talented away. Nevertheless, he is ready to let it snow and take the player down. His team is the following:
Frosmoth
Type: Ice/Bug
Level: 65
Ability: Shield Dust
Moves: Blizzard, Bug Buzz, Tailwind
Beartic
Level: 65
Type: Ice
Ability: Snow Cloak
Aqua Jet, Icicle Crash, Earthquake
Cetitan
Level: 65
Type: Ice
Ability: Thick Fat
Moves: Ice Spinner, Liquidation, Ice Shard, Bounce
Weavile
Level: 65
Type: Ice/Dark
Ability: Pressure
Moves: Night Slash, Ice Punch, Shadow Claw, X-Scissor
Altaria
Level: 66
Type: Dragon/Flying, with a tera type of Ice
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves: Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse, Moonblast, Hurricane
After the battle, Grusha admits that he had fun and that the player restored the passion he had in the past. Trusting the player to have his back, he tells him to come back again. Gym Leader rematches are a favorite of all Pokemon fans. It is a shame that the games only let players fight them again once as this cast of memorable characters is worth infinite visits for grinding. As long as players come prepared for the slope, Grusha will fall just as easily as the first time. Have fun with the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Glaseado Gym Rematch.
