Starting from March 21, Ball Guy is available for a variety scout until April 7. Our ball-themed friend has teamed up with Amoonguss to bring essential aid to the sync pairs of Pasio. Here is the breakdown of Ball Guy’s skills:
Amoongus’ move set is Absorb, Clear Smog, Move Gauge Boost, and On the Ball.
Absorb: Damage and restoration move. The more damage is dealt, the more HP is given back.
Clear Smog: Never misses and is one of the most important tools in his kit. When it hits, it lowers the enemy’s stats back to their base amounts. This helps in the legendary arena and event battles as those opponents raise their stats consistently, making them harder to take down. Having Ball Guy leveled up and on the debuffs will help turn the tides.
Move Gauge Boost: Refills the move gauge, giving other sync pairs the ability to use their moves without cooling down.
On The Ball: Activates one of several additional effects at random. Restores the user’s HP by approximately 10% of its maximum HP. Removes all status conditions from all allied sync pairs. Raises the critical-hit rate of all allied sync pairs by 1 stat rank.
Sync Ball: Full of Surprises Poison Beam– (6★ EX) effect: The stat increase after a sync move is doubled once per battle.
While he does look goofy, Ball Guy is no doubt a lifesaver. Players should save their gems to get him and the Neo Champions.
Ball Guy’s Pokemon Masters debut is one of the most unique additions to the game in a while. Clear Smog from Amoongus will make things a lot easier when it comes to the tougher bosses in the game.
