This is almost a full year after the series started airing in April of 2023. Finally, characters like Liko, Roy, Friede and Captain Pikachu, and Amethio will be here for those in America to see.
For those who don’t know for whatever reason, Pokémon Horizons is the most recent installment in the Pokémon anime. It follows the stories of Liko and Roy, Ash’s succeeding protagonists, and their journies in the region of Paldea and other areas. Liko’s story revolves around the pendant her grandmother left her (which contains Terapagos) while Roy’s revolves around a mysterious Pokéball with Shiny Rayquaza in it.
The episodes currently aired in Japanese are received well by fans and those who don’t mind the English subbed can find it on other sites. All and all, February will be the month Americans can finally see the adventures of the protagonists coming after Ash.
Pokémon Horizons English release will becoming on February 23. And just in time for Pokémon Day approaching on the 27. Viewers will be able to find it on Netflix. While they’re there, they can also rewatch some of the original anime following the iconic 10-year old himself. Enjoy, everyone.
