Players, we now have information on one of the first World of Wonders events. This should be a fun relaxed event for electric Pokémon fans. This piece will go over the details of Charged Up Research Day.
The Charged Up Research Day event starts on March 3 and lasts as long as a single community day. Players will be able to get featured event Pokémon such as Chinchou, Electrike, Blitzle, Joltik, and Helioptile. Players will get research tasks by spinning Pokéstops. They will then complete the task to get an encounter with a specific Pokémon.
The Pokémon stated above are just the featured encounters. For wild encounters, players can find Pikachu, Voltorb, Plusle, Minun, Emolga, and Pawmi. If people are lucky, they will be able to get a shiny one. To get the featured encounters easier, players can buy timed research for 1 dollar which allows them to get more research.
Nonetheless, it is better for the player’s health and wallet to just spin the stop for free. However, if players who don’t care have friends who do care about paying a dollar, they can gift it to them.
To make the most out of the event, players need to make sure that the storage for Pokémon and items is open enough to enjoy the event. Make sure to stock up on all types of pokéballs to make sure there’s little chance of feeling strapped for supplies. Good luck, players.
This is all the information the company announced about Pokémon GO’s Charged Up Research event. This is a small event, but welcome after the Sinnoh GO tour. Hopefully, people can find the energy and time to experience an event that’s as fun as this.
