Trainers, a Community Day is coming April 20. Everyone’s favorite bell plant, Bellsprout, is getting the spotlight it truly deserves. This is a chance for grass type enthusiasts to get a special Victreebel, and even rarer, a shiny one. This piece will go over the details of Bellsprout Community Day.

Catch Yourselves a Community of Bellsprout

The Bellsprout Community Day event will be taking place on April 20, from 2pm to 5pm. Any player that can evolve a Bellsprout into a Victreebel that knows the attack, Magical Leaf. If players are lucky, they may also get a shiny Bellsprout.

There will also be a Community Day Special Story. The details are below:

• For 1 USD (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Bellsprout Community Day–exclusive Special Research story.





• Special Research story tickets will go live the same day as the event.
• Don’t forget: you’re now able to purchase and gift tickets to any of your friends that you’ve achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with.
• To gift a ticket, tap the Special Research ticket in the in-game shop, then tap the Gift button instead of the Buy button.

Tickets are nonrefundable.

Event Bonuses

• 3× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
• 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
• 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
• Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
• Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
• Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
• One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two for the day.*
• Trades will require 50% less Stardust.*
