The world of Pokémon gets more interesting every day. Just like trainers catch their favorite Pokémon, the developers behind our favorite friends catch new entities to partner up with. This piece will go over the Pokémon GO and Amazon Prime partnership.
Once again, this time during the Hidden Gems season, Niantic has teamed up with Prime Gaming to offer members extra rewards during specific events. Pokémon GO’s news site especially claims that the items are of huge help to players during the Solstice Horizons event. They will also be helpful to players during GO Fest 2023. By going onto the Prime Gaming Pokémon GO page, players can find out about the bundles in more detail.
Currently, the June bundle is small, but effective depending on how players allocate their resources. It consists of two Golden Razz Berries and two Mysterious Components. While not extravagant, players can use these materials to bolster the process of finding their next prime catches. Not to mention, they can get closer to making another Rocket Radar with 0 effort.
However, most players might be quick to jump that this is just an extravagant pay to win. They’d be right as, technically, their payments to Amazon would be used to keep their eligibility for these bundles secured. As with all matters of mobile gaming though, it is up to the player.
There is currently no information on the July bundle, but players can keep up to date by viewing Pokémon GO’s bundle page on their Prime Gaming subscription.
While not a big deal, this Pokémon GO and Amazon Prime partnership could once again prove useful to the few players who decide to invest in it. June’s bundle was not something non Prime Gaming players would cry over if they missed out. However, this is one of many useful rewards. Stay tuned and for all the Prime gamers out there, this is a more streamlined way to catch them all.
