Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s second DLC, The Indigo Disk has released and with it comes a lot of new content. From new legendaries, a new evolution, more battles, a continuation of the story from The Teal Mask and so much more, this DLC really delivers. When looking at how to Evolve Dipplin into Hydrapple it consist of Dipplin needing to learn Dragon Cheer.
The way that you get Dragon Cheer is by defeating Drayton in The Indigo Disk. This battle is with one of the Elite Four of the Blueberry Academy.
Hydrapple will stay as a Grass and Dragon Pokemon despite many hoping it would be the first Bug and Dragon typing in Pokemon history. While that is a bit of a letdown the actual design of Hydrapple is certainly worth celebrating.

Applin has certainly become an interesting Pokemon. It has been a surprise to see it become such a big part of Pokemon. While it was certainly popular during Sword and Shield, to see it get two more evolutions for the Scarlet and Violet DLCs was not anticipated.
