How to Evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge

Publish Date: December 13, 2023

There are a lot of new Pokemon coming with Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Some of them are evolutions of older Pokemon, new forms of previous Pokemon or just completely new Pokemon. This is part of what makes new Pokemon games so much fun. A brand new Pokemon is Charcadet and it evolves into either Armarough or Ceruledge. Here is how to evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge.

One of the few Pokemon that were revealed ahead of time were the Charcadet evolutions Armarogue and Ceruledge. While Charcadet was found hiding in a trailer in the Team Star Base, its two evolutions were front and center. Since then, fans have been wanting to know how to get these two Pokemon as they will quickly become fan-favorites.

The first step to getting Ceruledge is having the correct game. Players must have Pokemon Violet to even have a chance at getting Ceruledge.

The second step is less expensive but a bit more complicated. Players have to go up to the Auspicious Armorer in Zapapico right outside of the Team Star Poison Base. They will need to talk to him but only after they have collected 10 Bronzor fragments from defeating Sinistea. Whether this needs to be in an actual battle or using the Go feature is not yet known.

Once they do this they will be given the item necessary to evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge. There is no doubt that players will be adding this Fire and Ghost Pokemon to their teams as quickly as they can.
