Hello, trainers. If there’s one thing that any anime fan and gamer loves, it’s fusion. From Dragonball Z to Yu Gi Oh, combining two cool things to make an even cooler thing will always be cool. However, most people don’t know that aside from Black and White 2, fusion has been used substantially in the franchise. Especially in the spin-off manga, Pokémon Réburst. This piece will teach players how to download Pokémon Infinite Fusion, a game where Pokémon literally become one with each other.
Pokémon Infinite Fusion is a fan game in which players can use DNA Splicers to fuse any combination of two Pokémon together. The fused Pokémon depends on which Pokémon is on the top or bottom. As an example, take Pikachu and Butterfree. If fused with Pikachu on top, the result becomes Pikafree. Doing so in the inverse creates Butterchu.
Players can combine move sets or take from one of the Pokémon only. They will then get to choose one of their abilities and natures. The game was developed by Schrroms using the Pokémon Essentials engine. The game is finished but does still receive updates.
Players who want to play IF can download it so long as they have a computer that runs Windows. Players should go to Pokecommunity or Join the Pokémon Infinite Fusion Discord server. Once that’s done, download the game files and extract the EXE file. Once players click that, they should be good to go.
This is one of many shining examples of the Pokémon community’s creativity and passion. It’s a crying shame that Nintendo is not supportive of the fan community and try to shut these projects down. It feels to many that they do not know the value of fan contribution projects like this.
Go forth and support the community. One day, this love will reach Nintendo.
