Are there Fossil Pokemon in The Indigo Disk DLC?

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are coming out and with them a hoard of new Pokemon. While The Pokemon Company has been revealing some Pokemon, they have really not shown fans much. Most of the Pokemon are known due to leaks but there could be a few stragglers. Some fans really enjoy Fossil Pokemon and are wanting to know what they might be. Here is a look as to if there are any new Fossil Pokemon in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC, The Indigo Disk.

Fossil Pokemon in The Indigo Disk

Sadly, the answer to the question of Fossil Pokemon being in The Indigo Disk DLC is no. It is odd considering what is known about Pokemon Scarlet and Violet with Paradox Pokemon and all. It feels like a missed opportunity considering it is all about going into the past or future depending on which game players bought.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC Wish List

Should Fossil Pokemon be a top priority on players’ wish lists? It is a fair question because while there have generally been new Fossil Pokemon in every mainline game, until Scarlet and Violet, they are not always near the top of favorite Pokemon lists.

That being said, they are considered to have solid designs, some more than others. It is hard not to feel a bit disappointed that there were no Fossil Pokemon added with the original game or with the first DLC. The hope will now have to pass onto either the next Pokemon game or the possible third Scarlet and Violet DLC that some are speculating could happen. If they are not added there then fans of these Pokemon may be waiting for quite some time as a new mainline game is likely not coming out for some time.
