Hello, trainers. Hopefully, everyone is having a fun time doing the Oak’s Letter event. Shaymin is a favorite of many people and the community is happy to be getting the event. With the Manaphy Egg that was released last year, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are being a lot more generous with the mythical event Pokemon than the original gen 4 games were. And with Legends Arceus having been out for a while, news on not just Shaymin, but the Pokemon Company is also shining light on Arceus and Darkrai. Fans have been asking; when will Arceus and Darkrai be available in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl?
As seen in the screenshot above, players will need to get the update dropping today, 3/15/2022 at 6pm PST. Luckily for everyone, the event with Arceus is timeless, meaning they will have access to it at any time they want. In order to access this event, players need to have the following.

Once those things are obtained, the player can return to their bedroom in Twinleaf Town and collect the Azure Flute. After that, players can go to the Spear Pillar, play the flute, and enter the Hall of Origins to fight Arceus. Be prepared to catch it.
As seen in the screenshot above, players will need the Membership Card item, which is only available from April 1st-May 1st. No; this is no April Fools joke, trainers. Be sure to get the Membership Card before next month ends. Players need to meet the same requisites as with Arceus:

Once this is done, go to a house in Canalave City and sleep in the empty bed. The player will wake up on Newmoon Island. This is when they’ll be able to get Darkrai.
April is when people will be able to get Darkrai. Technically, Arceus is available to today, but if people are still playing Legends now, people should aim to clear the game by next month. They have all the time in the world to meet God. Now that players know when Arceus and Darkrai in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl; there should be nothing stopping them from getting it.
