Another NHL game is being released to hockey fans everywhere. Much like other sports sim games, there’s always a chance for players to get their hands on the title early. NHL 24 is going to release on consoles on October 6. So what time and date can players play the early access version of NHL 24?
There is one viable method for fans to access NHL 24 early and that’s through the X-Factor Edition of the title. According to the Xbox Store page, the earliest a player can play NHL 24 is October 3 at 12 PM. The version itself costs $99.99 but is discounted to $89.99 for EA Play subscribers. There are plenty of other editions of the title available for purchase. However, the X-Factor is the only one that will let players have early access to the game. It should also be noted that EA Play subscribers will also be able to play the title three days early as well as part of their subscription to the service. There’s no other way around it. For those who buy the other editions, NHL will be available on October 6 at 12 PM. Pre-orders are still available while there’s still time.

My understanding was that if you are an EA PLAY member you also can play on Oct 3rd. Is this not correct?
