A recent Deadlock leak appears to show off a new patchwork hero using its ultimate in the hero testing area. Here’s our full breakdown of everything in the leak and what that might mean for a coming Deadlock update.

New Deadlock Hero Leaked

A new Deadlock hero, previously codenamed Frank, has had his ultimate ability leaked in a video posted to the Deadlock subreddit. The video shows off the new hero’s Ultimate Ability, some new Infernus art, and some other small tweaks that appear to be on an experimental build of Deadlock. As stated in the video, this largely confirms the growing sentiment that there is an experimental build of the game that a few playtesters have been invited to participate in. This was hinted at previously in a leak from a livestream, showing off Frank and several other heroes that are likely being worked on behind the scenes. But, sadly, as of right now, we do not have any additional information on these new heroes’ release dates or what it may mean for Deadlock’s Open Beta release.
