History Mode
- Just like the standard Story Mode from past installments, History Mode serves as a feature where players can relive all of the major story events that happened in the Naruto series. These moments can range from the Chunin Exams to the Fourth Great Ninja War.
Special Story Mode
- An original story designed exclusively for the game, centering on Boruto along with two new original characters.
