Most Storm players know every entry in the franchise isn’t the best balanced. NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is no different. Though it’s the newest entry to the series, this game has tons of exploits, with certain characters simply offering more utility than the others. But rather than providing an entire tier list, here is a list of the NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections Best Characters. A tier list won’t be provided because there’s technically over 100 characters in the game.

Here is a list of the undeniable most broken characters in the game. Keep in mind, they’re not ranked comparatively to each other — rather the best characters are displayed.
Most of these characters offer fantastic Ninjutsu. And in Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, Ninjutsu really is the name of the game. Whether it’s fantastic combo potential after a use, great combo interruptions, or even various utility, these characters offer what most others simply can’t.
Of course, if your favorite character is not listed in the here, fret not. Skill really will come out on top for a good while. But once you get to the incredibly high ranks, expect a lot more cheese to come alongside with it. This list is courtesy of content creator Globku on YouTube, who provides a great in depth explanation for the reasoning behind each character’s strengths.
