My Hero Ultra Rumble has been out for over a month now. Players have flocked over to the title making the battle royale title exceed over 7 Million downloads. The title itself has received bug fixes, changes, and even new content with every maintenance patch. Fan feedback is being taken into account in terms of nerfs and buffs. Other highly requested features such as crossplay are being considered. One of the other highly requested features that fans have been wanting is the option to Duo queue in a match.

Spotted by @ShonenGameZ and @XingKazma via Twitter (X) in a recent Shonen Jump Issue, My Hero Ultra Rumble was covered in a section. Within that section was the mention of a 2-Person Team Up Battle in Season 2 of the battle royale. The issue itself is in Japanese. With the help of a little translation, that’s what can be read on the headliner.
The 2-Person Team Up Battle will have 24 players ( 2 players x 12 teams) duke it out to be the final team in the lobby. It’s also noted that the pacing will be different than Trios meaning that the storm will be moving faster. With all that being said, there’s a very good chance that Duos will be coming to My Hero Ultra Rumble in Season 2.
Also shown in the issue of Shonen Jump are silhouettes of two future characters that will make their appearance in Season 2 of My Hero Ultra Rumble. Not only that, but the contents of costumes that will be in future rolls are shown too. As Season 1 comes to an end, Season 2 is bound to bring more excitement to the title.
