MLB the Show 25 will not be on Xbox Game Pass on Day One.
There is a good chance that this game will be added in the future. MLB the Show 23 and 24 are on Game Pass already. But it looks like they felt the game would sell better for Xbox players if it were not on Game Pass. You should expect it to be added maybe even a few months later.

For starters they are adding a true first-person mode to the game. This will make every play more exciting and may even be setting things up for VR in the future. Along with this, they are adding more dynamic basestealing where you can try to dodge the tag. Lastly they have made major changes to franchise and Road to the Show. In RTTS you start in high school and then make your way through college as well before even making it to Minor League Baseball. It will add even more realism and is a well-received addition to the game.
