3) Re-adding Your Gamer Profile

While this fix has been only rumored to work for Xbox users on forums, removing and re-adding your gamer profile to your system acts like a profile hard reset.

4) Restart The Console

Not only does your system receive a hard reset along with your internet but the application restarts as well hopefully resetting issues back into working order.

5) Delete The Game File

Go to application data management, within your console’s system storage and locate the game data. Without deleting your profile delete the game file. This will remove all cache files while keeping personal data still intact. If this doesn’t work then reinstall the game so it can go through potential updates.
