1. Go into Career Settings and toggle “Relocation Settings” to “Everyone”
2. In Franchise mode, make sure the setting of the team is set to “Owner” or “Coach”
3. Click manage your team and select “Relocate”
4. The team name, uniforms, stadium, and location can now be altered
