It’s been confirmed that Lego 2K Drive will allow gamers to race around Brickalndia with the company of friends but can they be on different systems? Is Lego 2K Drive Crossplay?
PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC players can group up with 6 other racers online via Lego 2K Drive’s Crossplay feature. Sadly Nintendo Switch users will not be able to participate in the fun. While online play will be available for Nintendo Switch players, they will not be able to interact with any console or PC players.
Set in the open world of Bricklandia gamers can participate in a variety of races whether that be on land, in the sea, or even in the air. LEGO 2K Drive will have all kinds of biomes, races, minigames, challenges, collectibles, and even a single-player story mode. Customization plays a key role as players can create their own vehicles with over 1,000 LEGO pieces. Of course, gamers can go online or participate in local couch races with friends.
Upon release, gamers can purchase the Year 1 Drive pass. With this, as new content is added to the title, gamers will automatically own them. Already, there are plans for all-new biomes, new vehicles, and themes.
LEGO 2K Drive currently has 4 different versions to choose from each one providing its own bonuses and perks:
LEGO 2K Drive Pre Order Edition ($59.99)
LEGO 2K Drive Cross-Gen Edition ($69.99)
LEGO 2K Drive Awesome Edition ($99.99)
LEGO 2K Drive Awesome Rivals Edition ($119.99)
