Gameplay-wise, Persona 5 Tactica is Atlus’s take on a Fire Emblem or XCOM-like RPG, meaning the Phantom Thieves will be in a turn-based tactical battlefield. There is a skill tree provided for each party member. EXP for these trees can be earned by conversing with party members and gaining levels.
