Overview

Long story short, no. The game is does not support cross platform play. With separate versions of the game existing on Playstation, Xbox, and PC, none of the entries can play with one another. So for players attempting to coordinate the purchase across their friend groups, make sure to communicate thoroughly before making the investment. In addition, the game is a bit tricky to understand in regards to the monetization situation. The price may seem cheap at first, but Strikers is undoubtably pay to win in some of its mechanics.

In regards to which console is the best to play on, they’re all a relatively similar experience. PC/steam players may find themselves waiting substantially less for match queues, since the PC community seems to be the most active at the moment. The second most populated would have to be the playstation community.

In conclusion

Cross platform play is not supported in Shinobi Strikers. Seeing as how the game has been out for years now, it’s highly unlikely that it’ll receive the support for it in the future as well. The PC version has sales pretty often, regarding the DLC, base game, and season passes. The writer would highly recommend the PC version purely based on that alongside the queue times, but the PlayStation experience is pretty solid too. The only console he hasn’t tried on is the Xbox version. Whatever the case, hopefully this article helped players understand a bit more about what they’re getting into when purchasing or playing Naruto to Boruto Shinobi Strikers.
