As of now, it does not seem as though Palia will be released on Xbox Game Pass.
They could have put it on the PC Game Pass last year, and they did not. It would not be a major surprise and it may be a good decision if they did add it to Game Pass in the future. Mainly due to the fact that it would help to grow the player base. Especially since it is a Free-to-Play game with microtransactions.
The Palia Gameplay is very similar to many cozy farming games.
You go around and build out your dream home, farm and community. While you can play with other players, as is intended, you are also to go on a solo adventure. There are mini-games, hunting, fishing and so many more activities for you to do in Palia.
