Rhythm games have evolved in the past few years in terms of gameplay mechanics. Headbangers: Rhythm Royale is no exception to this. The title has players controlling pigeons and going through a musical battle royale. There are several rhythm-themed minigames that can be played through online cross-platform multiplayer. With 23 minigames across 4 rounds, players can fight their way to earn that number one spot to be the number one pigeon. Players are in luck as Headbangers: Rhythm Royale is in fact on Xbox Game Pass. The standard version of the game is available to download for subscribers, however, the Digital Deluxe edition is priced at $19.99. In addition to this players subscribed to Game Pass can buy the Pigeon Pass (Season Pass) cheaper at $10.79. The following items are in the Digital Deluxe edition.
Players are able to design their own pigeon from hundreds of unique items, including outfits, hats, glasses, voices, taunts, and more. After every match, players can earn Crumbs which can be spent in the Shop to purchase full costumes, costume items, taunts, and sounds.
