At long last, the Oblivion Remake has officially been revealed. It has been 19 years since the release of this masterpiece and after years of leaks and rumors, it is finally arriving. Here is what we know about Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered, including whether it is on Xbox Game Pass.
Yes, it looks like Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered will be on Xbox Game Pass. This should not be a surprise whatsoever. Mainly because Bethesda is owned by Microsoft now so all of their games are released on Xbox Game Pass. This means you do not necessarily have to pay full price for the game to play it. So go grab Game Pass and play the game now.
From what we can tell, everything has been updated. This includes the combat and even the audio sounds much better, at least based on the trailer. There is little doubt that fans of the series are very excited about this Remaster. They have updated and rereleased Skyrim so many times that many thought Oblivion would never get the same treatment. Instead, they have seemingly gone above and beyond to bring this game back and in a very serious way.

The Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered cost will be $49.99 USD at launch. You can play it on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 as well as PC. It is good to see that they are not charging the full $69.99 for this game. The price may still scare some people off but for the majority, this version of a timeless classic will be very worth it.
