As of now it does not look as though Dragon Ball Sparking Zero will be on Xbox Game Pass.
That being said it will be released on Xbox Series X and S as well as PlayStation 5 and PC. There is also a chance that one day the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z fighter games could be added to game pass but that seems unlikely for now.
The Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Gameplay will be similar to most fighting games at its core.
What they are promising though is more interactive or effected arenas based on what moves you do. Also they will have the story modes where you can enjoy the biggest fights of the series. Along with this you will be able to create new stories with fights that you always wanted to see.
