The Remnant 2 Gunslinger Archetype is a master of firearms, ammo, and weapon switching. Players who pre-ordered the title can actually unlock this class early in the game. They just have to follow and complete a few tasks first. Here’s how to unlock the Remnant 2 Gunslinger.
To play as the Gunslinger archetype early players must first complete the intro mission of the game. Once completed players will be at Ward 13, here find a character named Wallace, located at the Docks. Wallace allows players to assign an Archetype to their character. The Gunslinger Archetype should be unlocked early. If players don’t have early access to the Gunslinger it will cost 1 Worn Cylinder, 10 Lumenite Crystals, and 1,000 Scrap to acquire.
If the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition was purchased players should also expect to receive some special armor sets. There is no need to panic if the armor sets cant be found at the beginning of the game. This bonus can’t be acquired until players reach Ward 13 just like with the process of unlocking the Gunslinger. In the story, players will be given the task of meeting up with Founder Ford to explore the Old Ward. While exploring the Ward players will stumble upon the Ward 13 Key. Once the key has been acquired open a green locked door that leads to the World Stone room. After the cutscene plays out players can receive their armor sets in their inventory.
