Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered is now out and with it are its DLC. One of them, the Shivering Isles, is an expansion that has been loved by players since its release. The question becomes now, though, how do you get to the Shivering Isles in Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered?
In order to get to the Shivering Isles in Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered you will need to go to Niben Bay. There you will find the Strange Door on the East Side of Bravil. You can go there right after you get out of the sewers. Meaning that you can essentially start the game in the Shivering Isles. Once you have started this you will need to wait 24 hours of in-game time. This can be passed however you would like. But once that time is up you will get a new quest to head back to the door and you can make your way to the new location.

This is a massive new area that will add a lot of new material to the game. For many people, it takes over 40 hours to beat this section of the game. Many have said that it is more closely related to a full expansion than a DLC. There are new followers that you can get, new weapons and so much more. Yet, this comes with the Remastered version of the game this time instead of something you have to pay for separately. There is little doubt that you will easily spend over 100 hours in Oblivion Remastered with the Isles and the main game.
