In order to get the Adoring Fan in Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered, you will need to complete the Arena. We will have a guide on how best to do this but here are the sequence of events to get him. You will need to fight in the Arena in the Imperial City where they hold gladiator games. You will have to enter and compete. In order to do so you just have to go and sign up by speaking with Owyn. He is in the Blood works. After this, you will have to fight in eight different matches. By winning them all you will be crowned as the Grand Champion of the Arena. Once this is done, the Adoring Fan, an interesting elf with a Hershey-like haircut, will approach you wanting to accompany you on your adventures. Then you are given a choice to allow him to follow you or not.

Well, he offers to carry your stuff and give you the full royal treatment. But he does none of these things. But you will have a companion that “adores you”
He is extremely annoying. To the point that you may want to kill him. Truthfully, the only way to get rid of him is to kill him and this will be considered murder. So make sure to take him somewhere way out there and do what must be done.
